Who are we?
The Eastern Québec Learning Centre, which is part of the Central Québec School Board, has been providing adult education services in English for more than 25 years. Known for its friendly and dynamic approach, the Centre caters each to year to English- and French speaking students of diverse ethnicities who wish to earn a Secondary School Diploma, attend a vocational studies program, or study French or English as a second language.
Our mission
As an adult learning centre, the Eastern Québec Learning Centre’s mission is to promote student success, lifelong learning and to prepare our diverse clientele of learners for further education and/or the workplace.
Governing Board
The Ministry of Education of Québec (MEQ) mandates all schools and centres in the province of Québec to convene a Governing Board. The Governing Board is to be made up of staff members, parents, school administrators, community members and student representatives.
